Carol Marie of CAROL MARIE'S Health and Beauty Spa has trained in the field of Cosmetology since 1965. She has studied under and modeled for world champion hair designers Sim Simpson and Leo Passage. Renown make-up artist Carol Marie has trained under: Maurice Stein, of Universal Studios & Cinema Secrets, as well as Robert Scribner, current head of NBC Make-up Department.
Carol Marie has been certified by the Head of the Paramedical Camouflage Department of the University of California Medical Center working with the temporarily or permanently disfigured. Carol Marie and her staff work with the American Cancer Society and the California Council for the Blind & Hearing Impaired. Training in Paramedical Dermatology as well, enables skin care treatments to be customized. Working in the field of Fashion and Self-improvement, Carol Marie is certified in Color Analysis to train and teach. She currently holds seminars in "Dealings with Stress," "Dress for Success," and "Executive Etiquette" for the local colleges and for businesses.
Carol Marie enjoys doing Beauty Segments for television, magazines and radio and is a popular speaker at many functions. She also writes articles for informative newspapers and magazines such as this.
